Upon the successful placement of your order, our team will begin processing it. Most orders within the city are processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. For customized or made-to-order items, additional processing time may be required, and we will inform you of the relevant details during the order confirmation process.

4. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES:

Shipping timeframes represent the estimated time it will take for your order to be delivered after it has been processed and dispatched. The following are the estimated shipping timeframes:

Karachi (including Bahria Town and Adjoining Areas)

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 working days
  • Delivery Rate: Flat Rs. 250 for Karachi excluding Bahria Town and Adjoining Areas

Other Cities in Pakistan:

  • TCS: 4 to 7 working days
  • Leopard Overland: 5 to 15 working days
  • Post Office UMS: 5 to 10 working days

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or unexpected transportation delays may impact these timeframes. If such delays occur, we will do our best to inform you and provide appropriate support.
